What is the age of e?
The Age of E is a private membership for women entrepreneurs. The “E” stands for “Enlightened Entrepreneur” (and for “Elizabeth”—ha!), and members are part of the movement away from hustle culture and toward business practices that are more sustainable and more self-honoring.
What’s included?
The heart of the membership is a private mobile app that gives you access to a living library of on-demand lessons, prompts, exercises and talks. It’s like having a coach in your pocket.
Live virtual workshops and circles are also offered every month to help you get clear on what’s weighing on you and connect with other members.

Who are the Members?
Members come from different places in the world and from different industries. There are women in media, travel, film, wellness, coaching, medicine, technology, real estate, consulting, and sustainability. Some are just beginning their entrepreneurial journey, others are many years in. Some have teams and investors, others are solopreneurs. But what every member has in common is that they are committed to growing their businesses, and their bank accounts, without sacrificing the things that truly matter most to them in their lives.

My life is so busy, does membership make sense for me?
Many women join precisely because their lives are too busy and they know that to access higher quality thinking, they need more brain space, which does not come from rushing around all the time, it comes from incorporating a spaciousness of thought.
The audios on the app are intended to provide fresh perspective and create breathing room so you don’t feel so crammed. They are short form audios for a reason—so you can listen from anywhere (while driving, picking up kids from school, on a walk, in the back of a cab, while brushing your teeth….). The idea is to have EASY access to inspiration and leadership lessons.
What if I’m not a full-time entrepreneur, does it still make sense for me to join?
A lot of women are drawn to this work even though they work for companies, are stay-at-home moms, or are in the process of uncovering what’s next. Underneath the lens of entrepreneurship are universally shared traits amongst the members: they all want agency over their own lives, they want to be more enlightened leaders, they want to continue to succeed and grow without it feeling so heavy, and they want their continued success to enrich their personal lives, instead of succeeding in work at the expense of their personal lives.
If this speaks to you, I encourage you to join. There may be a small number of audios that don’t apply to you right away (on the nuances of creating and offering or increasing your pricing, for example), but who knows…you may be on an entrepreneurial path sooner than you think, creating a side project that develops into something more. Plus, even in audios like these, there is still value and tips you can apply as you create offerings within your organization…say a concept you are pitching.
At the end of the day, learning the skills to lead from a place of feminine strength and the knowledge that you can (and know how to) create your own economy, is what provides an ultimate feeling of freedom and empowerment.
What kind of content is in the app?
There are audio lessons, Roundtable Talks, journal prompts, workshops, inspirational messages + poems and more in the app. In all, there are over 150 pieces of content on the app (and growing).
The majority of the content on the app is short-form audio, with lessons that are 5-15 minutes each. Inspirational messages are even shorter (1-3 minutes), and Roundtable Talks are longer form discussions with my own personal teachers, healers and mentors (1 hour).

Every month we focus on a specific topic, and there is a shortlist of content on the featured topic. This is a great place to start each month, though you always have access to the full library of content.

Is anything in person?
Membership is designed to be accessible from anywhere in the world, so the app and monthly workshops and circles are all virtual (via zoom). However, I LOVE and VALUE in-person connection points and offer different opportunities to connect IRL throughout the year. While these are not included in membership, members always receive invitations before anyone else. This may include early invitations for day retreats, in-person circles at my home, the mastermind, and Enlightened Entrepreneur brunches.
What if I’m in a different time zone?
If you are located in the United States, Europe, Central and South America time zones, the monthly workshops will be held during normal, waking hours. If you are in Asia, or elsewhere outside of these time zones, you may instead choose to access the recording of each month’s workshop (posted within 48 hrs) and do it on-demand.
when does enrollment open up?
You can join anytime, from anywhere. Your membership begins the moment you enroll, when you get instant access to the mobile app and the full library of content.
