01. Personal deep Dive Session
(in-person in Malibu or virtual)
Each woman will have one private 3 hour deep dive coaching session with me. We spend the day at SoHo House in Malibu (or on zoom if you are not able to be in LA). We get clear on exactly what your personal next level looks like, your intentions for the next phase of your life and business, and what’s in the way. You will receive practical coaching that can be applied immediately, as well as deeper insights that shift the way you see things (which will help you change what’s holding you back).
02. group RETREAT in ojai
June 20+21st Ojai, CA

This two-day intensive is incredibly special— you will spend the first day sinking into a couch, sitting in the backyard, sharing lunch, and sipping tea while getting clear on your next level. You will hear other women entrepreneurs share their struggles and dreams, and you will have the opportunity to do the same. To be witnessed, and to be a witness for others, can be life-changing. Each woman will have dedicated time to receive ideas and feedback from the other powerful women in the group. Ojai is a 90-minute drive from Los Angeles. All meals and activities are included. Accommodations are not included, Ojai has many wonderful, boutique hotels within a few minutes of our retreat house.
03. Special Guests
Each mastermind, I invite in special guests to share their expertise and wisdom with our group. Past guests have included:
A sound healer who gave a talk, “You Are How You Listen” followed by an immersive sound bath.
A world-renowned cognitive anthropologist who lead a discussion on “Artful Thinking”.
A human design expert who read each participant’s human design chart and gave a talk about leadership and navigating entrepreneurship for each type.
A leading astrologist who spoke about the current astrological time we’re in and how “Having a Beginner’s Mindset” can be leveraged for growth.
My own personal coaches and mentors have also made contributions to mastermind groups through dedicated talks and group discussions, including a talk on “Applying the Lens of Birth to Business”.

04. monthly group calls + working sessions

Each month we gather for a group call/working session. Each call will focus on a specific leadership lesson that introduces a new perspective, along with accessible tools and techniques for practicing and mastering it. These 90-minute sessions will help you turn your new insights into bold actions.
05. adventure day
Friday, November 7th

Adventures (big and small) are part of my personal process. They help me get out of my head and reconnect with my intuitive self, and are a powerful way to learn one of the most important of the nine qualities. I love sharing with the group some of the experiences that have had a profound impact on me. Past adventure days have included a day working with horses experiencing equine leadership in Topanga, chartering a private zodiac boat out into the Pacific to spend hours with a pod of over 20,000 dolphins— and two whales!—, and more. We explored knowing when to push yourself and when to slow down and rest by having a private training session with a World Champion Boxer in the morning, followed by a private breathwork and ayurvedic session with the founder of Surya spa in the afternoon. All adventure days will be within a 90 minute radius from Los Angeles, details will be released to the group 2 months prior.
06. private 1:1 coaching sessions

Each participant will receive an additional two 90-minute virtual coaching sessions. This is your opportunity for hands-on personal support as you receive powerful coaching tailored specifically for your needs.
07. Accountability + Connection calls
Each month you will be paired with another woman in the group who you will arrange to have a call with. There is a specific framework for this call, it is not about updating each other, it is about showing up to support, reflect, and share in order to help move your goals forward.
08. Closing ceremony

We end the mastermind with a Celebratory Closing Circle where we acknowledge each participant and what you have created. This is a time to revel in your growth, the ways your life has changed, and celebrate all of your progress as our group comes to completion. Past participants have said this has been the part with the most profound personal impact.
09. office hours open coaching calls
Every month, I will host an Office Hours Coaching Call, just for mastermind participants. This is an optional call and is a powerful way to receive coaching on anything that arises in-between your 1:1 coaching sessions. This could be something you are struggling with, a new opportunity or idea that has presented itself, or something you are thinking about and would like a professional take on.

I am highly selective in who joins this group. This is a small group of high-power women. Women who are willing to shed the mask of “I’ve got it all together” so they can leverage their vulnerability to take massive action in the direction of their dreams.
